Homemade Caramel Sauce

16oz. softened cream cheese
1&1/2 cups brown sugar packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix with spoon

FYI I halved this recipe and it came out fine. It makes a nice size amount, even cut in half.
