Last week I decided to move my entire stockpile from under the basement stairs into the laundry room. Both places are cool and dry, under the stairs was too dark. Once I removed all three big shelving units there was enough packages of food that had fallen behind them that I could have made supper with them! The dust balls were another issue entirely.
The reason for the switch was brousing through here and I hit a link that showed picture after picture of stockpiles......stockpile porn.
I'm trying to get better lighting to it and get all our food that isn't in the kitchen in one spot. Now I have my three shelving units, 1 small freezer and the extra fridge all in one spot. The big freezer is still out in the garage.
Wish I could take a pic....now to keep on those dustballs!

Great job FarmerSue! This is one of my goals for next week. I really need to organize my stockpile so I don't continue to pick up things that I have plenty of. I noticed the other day I had like 12 cans of cranberry sauce!!!! :laugh:
