Pretty much anything.
I've wired barns and basements
re-plumbed a house
built a 12 ft octagon gazebo and a 6X 12 chicken coop
roofed a barn
roofed a few houses
tiled a bathroom
put flooring down.
fixed refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers
installed cabinets, countertops, sinks, garbage disposals etc etc etc
painted
dry walled
repaired more things than I can list

I reckon the only way to find out you can't do something is to try. Worse case scenario is I have to call someone to help repair my goof or take the lessons learned and try again.

The thing I'm worst at is car repair. I don't have the specialized tools that some of the repairs need.

Just an FYI.. If you suddenly start having issues with washers, dryers, or any of the large appliances, don't hesitate to go to Youtube or Google. Search for your model number and the problem and chances are you can find a youtube video on how to fix it.

I've fixed washers, dryers and recently saved $150 on a fridge repair for a simple sticky drain plug. It was a little bit of work, but the video showed every single screw you needed to take out.
It really can be that simple.
