I'd peel the potatoes as she did and then cut them up and throw them back into the boiling water for my potato salad. Mmmm.That would be really useful when I make potato salad. It looks nice and clean. Guess you might need to boil it somemore though. Thanks for sharing.
I never do, either. It seems wasteful. Time, money, flavor, perfectly good vegetables, all gone. I haven't found many recipes that have benefited from a peeled vs. non-peeled potato.Seriously?
