The last time my MIL was here to drop off Ayla, she brought me FIVE yoga dvds!!!

One I am really excited about, it's called Yoga Sculpting. She also gave me one: "Yoga for Inflexible People" It was funny because the day before Carl was commenting he would need that one ;)

Then there is:
Yoga conditioning for weight loss
Yoga for abs
all day yoga workout for beginners

I will have fun seeing what they are like and letting you know! :)

I was really impressed with the Yoga Scuplting dvd! :) It had tons of new poses I had never heard of...dolphin, cat and some others. I liked the way they were outside, both my yoga tapes i had were indoors so it was a nice change..

I did the am yoga and that was relaxing...much more about the meditation aspect...

And that's about all that I've tried so far :)

I did the giam yoga for weightloss and found it to be too confusing (but i think it's because the cd was scratched and I couldn't use the features the way they meant) plus it was just like the first two yoga workout dvds i had, so not a challenge to me...

Yoga for abs was another good one! :) I can't say yet if it really could replace my crunches, but it is great for in between to keep it tight...
