I notice that when I don't eat my meal all on one plate, I tend to overeat!
:eek:

My goal now is to prepare my lunches/dinners/snacks and have it ALL on one plate or bowl...that way when the plate/bowl is empty I'll know that I'm D-O-N-E :D Otherwise I notice I will just keep going back to the fridge for seconds and thirds a lot of the time.


Ok, I should also tell myself to stop eating at the computer, because when I do, I tend to not realize I just finished off a sandwhich :eek:

Good idea, Heather! :) And you will probably feel more satisfied as you finish your complete meal. I also tend to over eat also, if I don't sit to eat.

You can do it!:D
