I was ill, and DH didn't feel like smoking ham, while dealing with six houseguests, our own children, and a sick wife. So, he grilled steaks instead.

The guests left this morning. I had thawed the huge spiral ham hoping DH would smoke it for dinner and sandwiches. I know I'm not supposed to re-freeze it. It's still sealed, but I guess I'll heat it up in the oven.

We're all tired. And my oldest looks like she's coming down with the same bug I had.

So what would you make with 20 POUNDS of sprial ham? Nothing too elaborate.
