Iced Coffee Au Lait
Recipe Description
This is a great way to enjoy your caffeine when the temps get too high. I make a pitcher of it and drink it through the week.
Preparation Steps:I use an immersion blender and a pitcher. If you don't have an immersion blender, use a large bowl and a whisk. I like my coffee on the strong side, but if this is too strong for you, just add more milk until it's the strength you like!

Ingredients:1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup boiling water
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups cold water
2 cups milk or 2 cups chocolate milk, lowfat is fine

Directions:Mix together the instant coffee and the boiling water.
Blend/whisk in the condensed milk until combined.
Pour into a pitcher if you started with a bowl.
Add the water and the milk/chocolate milk.
Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
Pour over ice, if you wish.
