I Know, I know, it's unlikely to happen, and it would totally shut everything down since we born and raised southerners don't know a thing about driving in the snow, but wouldn't it be wonderful to have a white Christmas? I'd give anything to have a REAL :bigsnow: in my front yard Christmas day, LOL!!!

I know what you talking about ,I am from Louisiana and i had my frist white Christmas last year when we moved to Maine after the Katrina. It was sooooooooo pretty. I dont drive in it yet. The kids had a ball. So far this year we had some flurys but nothing stuck around for long . I am so ready for a white Christmas.

All right!!!! :dancing:

We appreciate it guys, we really do, but it would be wonderful to stand by the window with a cup of hot cocoa and watch the snowflakes drift to the ground. I did see a few flurries a few weeks ago, and I think that may be what has me yearning for more. I'll watch the Weather Channel and see how messy and inconvenient it is and I'll snap out of it...Maybe!!!

Ok, we had a green Christmas last year, rather warm too. In fact, I didn't even miss the cold and the snow. Was funny to see all the bikers out riding their motorcycles on Christmas day...LOL Nice to be able to go outside and play around with the kids too.

We are the same here, a couple of inches of snow and our entire town shuts down and everyone heads to the stores to stock up on food. :)

I live in a snowy part of the US but we had a green Christmas last year, so I'm hoping for a white one this year.

My hometown in BC gets lots of snow, like 5ft in 12 hours. When I was growing up it sucked because nothing ever shut down no matter how much snow we got.

In the Hat this year we got about a foot, enough to make a snowman.

Hopefully some of you will get some snow for christmas!!

Thanks northernmom! We have a very steep pitch on our roof so you may need to bring some mountain climbing equipment. :p
