I am. I started back on June 2. I feel so much better. I am doing a modified Atkins. I am eating low carb - meat, fruits and lots of vegetables, yogurt. The wonderful thing is, I have no appetite for cakes and ice cream. I have a very sweet tooth but I am using low carb fruits to make up for that. I have lost 6 lbs. I have 15 to go but my clothes fits better now. I would love to have some moral support here with the low carb.
