I have been wanting some apple dumplings really bad lately. :D
I canned some baked apples earlier this year (apples with core cut out, cinnamon and suger in middle, baked in oven for 1 hr) and I think that they would be good in a dumping form. I also have some apples prepped in the freezer for apple pie, but I would perfer to use the baked apples.

Any good recipies out there?
