I notice when I sleep late (staying up late), my body becomes lethargic and prone to colds. When I have a cold, I dread going out and cannot function well. I want to be more healthy, so starting this year I want to repair my sleeping habits.

Go to bed at 10-11 every evening and always have quality sleep. So I can wake up early at 7 morning :) ;)
