Okay, you may have already tried this but I thought I would share it.
I usually use ground turkey mixed with the beef jerkey seasoning I buy in the box and put in the gun thingy and squeeze out and dehydrate..yum...
but one better this time
Took one gallon bag, put in jerkey seasoning and 1/4 bottle of teriyaki mix well. then took one lb of turkey bacon, cut package in half and separte and put in bag. I then left bag in fridge all night.. periodically squishing and mixing.
This morning put in dehydrater.. 6 hours later..now not done but couldnt wait..you get a tender piece of jerky, flavor wow...
I am going to let it go longer and get it a little more chewy..
Will let you know how it goes..
