Anyone use this? Do you like it? Have any problems? Sooner or later I think we will have to succumb to 'progress' and get a mobile phone and I like the 'no frills' and 'no contract' approach they are offering.

I can only go by my mother's experience, and she's not super happy with it. The battery (which has been replaced gratis by the company once or twice) doesn't seem to hold a charge, and the service is relatively expensive for a "bare bones" cell phone. You may be better off looking at a prepaid cell phone.
