1/2 hour 6 days per week. I MUST do this! For health ~ both mental and physical. Not to mention, I have to schedule my physical and my dr. is going to yell at me for not having lost ANYTHING in 3 years!
I am going to keep with my commitment of getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am increasing the incline level gradually. The steeper the incline, the harder it is, and more calories are burned.
