I'm continuing on with Wii Active's 30 day challenge. Aiming for 4 days per week.

I'm going to up mine to 1/2 hour 4 times a week for this month.

1/2 hour 6 days per week. I MUST do this! For health ~ both mental and physical. Not to mention, I have to schedule my physical and my dr. is going to yell at me for not having lost ANYTHING in 3 years!

I'm joining in on this challenge as well! I will be walking with a friend Monday thru Friday mornings and I will also get to Curves atleast 3 days a week!!

I'm in, I'm trying to do a combination of Wii Fitness, riding the recumbent bike, pilates and walking. My goal is 30 minutes a day of 1 of these 5 days a week.

I am in for 30 minutes a day.

30 minutes done today already...off to a great start! :)

I'm going to try again, since I really did bad last month. This month will try for 15 minutes, at least 3 times a week.

Day 4 Wii Active

Hoping to find the energy to hop on the treadmill later too.

I'm in with a plan for July.

Daily I need to do my stretching and yoga exercises.

Four days a week I want to ride my recumbent bike for at least 15 minutes.

Nothing today, I worked 12 hours. That's my story and I'm sitcking to it.

I am going to keep with my commitment of getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am increasing the incline level gradually. The steeper the incline, the harder it is, and more calories are burned.
