OK, well I ran the Chase Corporate Challenge on Weds, 3.3 miles in 27:09, through a very crowded and humid Central Park. I loved it!
I am cranking up to marathon training which starts formally on July 14th, but I need to work my way up to 35 miles a week by that starting week.
I have two races in June. a 5m race on the 15th, and am looking for a 42 min finish, and a 10k (6.1 miles) on June 22nd, and am looking for sub-53 minutes. I also turn 42 on June 17th, which should be motivation enough not to slow down after that date!
Finally I should get 70 miles under my belt in June in total as a minimum.
