Same as before.....post your personal challenge for activity/exercise for the month. This will be activity/exercise other than your "normal" daily activities.

I am so excited to start a new month! My goal is 1600 minutes this month.

Thanks TDN for getting us started again!

I'm going to go for 1000 minutes this month. Walked for 45 minutes today.

OK, well I ran the Chase Corporate Challenge on Weds, 3.3 miles in 27:09, through a very crowded and humid Central Park. I loved it!

I am cranking up to marathon training which starts formally on July 14th, but I need to work my way up to 35 miles a week by that starting week.

I have two races in June. a 5m race on the 15th, and am looking for a 42 min finish, and a 10k (6.1 miles) on June 22nd, and am looking for sub-53 minutes. I also turn 42 on June 17th, which should be motivation enough not to slow down after that date!

Finally I should get 70 miles under my belt in June in total as a minimum.

OK, major brag moment.

I ran a 5m race today and got a PR (41:06), I was aiming for 42 mins so really happy. Even better, after the race I ran back to lower Manhattan from Central Park with 2 friends, which was another 5 miles. I'm completely exhausted now, but pretty happy.

I am not making this a priority and I need too! Hopefully this week will be better.

Back from Kauai and from dr appt today - needed to check what I can do given new pain areas. Pool exercising still good!

No exercise for me in over a week....messed my neck up again! My Chiropractor went out of buisness after a car wreck a few years ago so I am lucky it never got this bad until now. Tried a new one last week....not going back. Trying a new one today and hoping she is what I am expecting. So I am going to lower my goal so I don't get discouraged and just give up until next month. Going from 1600 to 900 and just maybe I will make it.

So I am at 180/900
