Well we've only a few days left of May, so I'm setting down some LFL goals for the month of June.

- drink more water (I'm improving but still have a long ways to go)

- by the end of June, be biking 12 miles. My new bike is here tomorrow and I can hardly wait to get it. NO MORE NOISE!!!

- be doing 80 arm lifts and 20 side bends (the side bends are hard for me)

- hopefully be walking a bit again (will see what the doctor says)

- lose 8 lbs.

Who is next and what are your goals for the month of June.

I've not participated in LFL before, but I'm hoping by sharing my goals that I might stick to them.

--Get out walking at least 3 days a week. (30+ minutes per day)
--Increase water intake.
--Increase amount of fruits and veggies.
--Decrease sugars.
--Lose 5 pounds.

I think for June, my only new goal will be to be able to do 12 regular pushups in a row :D
I've been slacking in that area, so now I'm struggling with just doing one regular pushup :eek:

My goals for June:

-Lose 5 lbs
-Seriously cut down on pop
-Drink more water
-Begin some excerise routine
-Stop eating at the store
-Stop eating late night snacks

OK, as DH and I are getting ready to shape up, here are my first goals:

-- drink less pop (170 calories per can!) & change some of what
I do still drink to diet (0 calories) :pepsi:
-- drink more water-- 2 a day to start with!
-- do more yoga
-- do more walking/ gardening/ general exercise
-- lose a minimum of five pounds in June
-- do not eat every time the baby eats! :ponder:

My goals are:

*Write in my food journal everyday.

*Walk 30 minutes, everyday.

*Lose 7 lbs.

My goals for June are to
- exercise more consistently, I'd like to do 4-5 times a week.
- to get in more fruits and veggies
- to lose 5 pounds

Well, I just signed up for the next "Learn to Run" clinic...etc that this time I will be in the intermediate group where we "start" where the first one left off...10minutes running/1 minute walking and increasing our mileage...after that it's the 10K clinic for me!
:D

I LOVE RUNNING!

Once again I will put down:

DRINKING 8 GLASSES OF WATER DAILY (Why is that so hard?)

Then I will do my "Body Flex" and "Walk Away The Pounds"

Also, will try to "Get Off" of the Carbs again.
