Is anyone still keeping track? I have been lax too

Absolutely nothing over the weekend
Mon: 1 mile on treadmill - 20 Minutes
Tue: Squats, lunges, sit ups, calf lifts ~ 20 minutes

Michelle????? Anyone???

If I keep writing this down, I will stay motivated..

Wed ~ 20 minutes upper body and abs
Thursd ~ Ugh, more lunges, jumped rope 20 minutes
Friday ~ Jogged in place during commercials 15 minutes
