I did my 20 min. Pilates this morning, as well as working outside with my plants which seemed like a workout in itself ;)

I had planned to walk tonight for 10 minutes and follow that with some toning exercises and stretching. Since it's so late I might just take out the trash for the fresh air, and then jumprope instead of walk.

Breakfast
2 whole wheat slices of bread
With Peanut Butter and Applesauce

3 Gardenburger Sausages and ketchup

Lunch
2 Servings Minestrone Soup
Small amount of lemon iced tea
Water

Snack
Noodles and ketchup
1 slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter and lettuce
glass of orange juice

Dinner
Lot's of water
1 or 2 slices of a very juicy orange
Quessadilla (sprouted wheat tortilla, mozzerella and salsa verde)

I plan on having celery and some low fat mint n chip ice cream before bed.

How is everyone else doing?
It seems like I've been slipping, I haven't been eating as many veggies as I'd like to :eek:

After some problems with part 2 of my root canal, for the past 2 weeks I've been eating way under my points range, not exercising and not posting. Now everything is back to normal, hopefully ;) . Here's what I had on Tuesday:

Breakfast: 4 points
Coffee
Snack size fruit and yogurt parfait (McD's)

I didn't take time for lunch, I went to my WW meeting, to tan, and shopping.

Snack: 3 points
1 cup honey nut shredded wheat, dry

Dinner: 19 points (we ate out)
Chicken tenders, 3
Ranch dressing
Green beans
Corn
Mashed potatoes, w/ gravy
2 bites of lemon pie

My total points for the day is 26
My range is 22-27

Still no exercise, but I did drink all of my water.
