2 pieces of baked flounder
Lean Cuisine Mac & cheese
Green beans
1 slice whole wheat bread

My total points for the day is 26
My range is 22-27

I did the 3 mile WATP tape, and drank all of my water.

What a great day Belinda!

I have to admit I binged on my healthy choice ice cream wednesday :eek: AND I didn't even do any exercise :eek:
But the good thing is I didn't eat it ALL in one sitting, it was spread out through the day, and my other food choices were pretty decent.
