Hi everyone!!
How are you all doing today??

I had to get up and get going this morning as I have to work. I did my first walk-almost 2 miles-Brrrr it was snowing when I went-Oh I want spring to come back!!;)

Will do another walk this afternoon and do my WATP tape-either the one mile twice or may try the 2 mile one-Don't know yet.

Have half my required water in for the day already, so I am doing good today.

Also hoping to do some of the glut exercises that aylasmommy posted yesterday and get them worked in on a regular basis.

Have a great day!!

great job !!!!

So far I have walked pushing the jogging stroller with ayla, for about 40-50 min. It felt great!

I've drank a decent amount of water, and ate pretty decent so far. I need to get my veggies in tonight and then finish off the day with an ab workout :)

I just went out and took ayla for a nice slow walk around the neighborhood. I think we were gone for at least a half an hour :)
