Hi everyone!!
How are you all doing today?? I got 2 walks in so far for a total of 4.25 miles. I also dropped my car off at the garage and ran some errands in town, so lots of extra walking there today too. I plan on WATP tapes this evening. Eating plan is going as planned and water consumption is right on schedule!!

I did my biking just after lunch - 9 miles.

I'll do walking tonight after supper.

Eating is going really well - water is another story.

I'm still not feeling well enough to do my normal workouts, but so far I've done about 100 butt squeezes in the car :D

I had a small breakfast, ran some errands, then had tator tots for lunch. Ran some more errands, had a frosty cone from mc donalds, then ran some more errands and now I am going to need to think about making dinner. I should really get a salad in at least, but i'm planning on a soup and sandwhich as well. I think I'm going to try doing yoga, maybe just shorten it a bit if my sinuses start to hurt.

I'm drinking water right now, but only my second glass of the day? Maybe third.

Tuesday is my errand day, my Weight Watcher's meeting starts at 9 am in the next town, so while I'm there, I do some shopping and stuff. So no exercise today or lunch either. That's not a reason, it's an excuse!:D

Breakfast: 4 points
Coffee w/ creamer
snack size McD's fruit and yogurt parfait

Dinner: 20 points (Ryan's Restaurant)
Grilled chicken breast
Green beans
Corn
Mashed potatoes w/ a smidge of gravy
1 small slice of sugar free apple pie w/ about a 1/4 cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream (I didn't finish the pie, but it was really good, I also guesstimated the points, I couldn't find any info at all for it)

My total points for the day is 24
My range is 20-25

Got in all my water too.

i never did my yoga :(
But I also did not eat as much as I would normally have if I had exercised. Hopefully it all balanced out.
