1 Go Gurt

Workout
42 min. Yoga (the mtv one)

Brunch
Turkey bacon (3 slices)
Salad
Green beans
water and o.j.

snacks
1 go gurt
a few goldfish crackers

Dinner
about 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast (skinless)
salad
corn
mashed potato's
(i ate way too much of the mashed potato's, i let myself get stuffed!! but i did enjoy it)

Snack
Leftovers from dinner(basically the same exact thing again, just smaller amounts)
Some milk/water and o.j.
Working on my second lemon poppyseed muffin...I might have two more :eek: Oh I did make it with hardly any of the oil that it called for ;)
