Good Morning Everyone!!
Its a beautiful sunny day here. I have already gone on walk # 1 for 2 miles and did a 1 mile watp tape. Just had breakfast and am off to do some housework in a few.

This is day 6 of the new non smoking me!! Today I am going to try really hard to get eating back under control. I seem to do fine until evening then look out, 'cuz if its not nailed down, I am gonna eat it!! ROFL
Evening always were my worst eating time, but now is even worse, if you can believe it :yikes:

Plan for the rest of the day-2 more outdoor walks, either the 2 or 3 mile watp tape and glider for 25 mins. I increased it by 5 mins yesterday.

How is everyone else doing??

Way to go halo!!!

I did bad last night and really pigged out before bed :( I really felt it when I woke up, sooo not a good feeling :( I also didn't even get a workout in yesterday, just a slow walk around the block twice.

So this morning I immediatly did a workout. Kathy Smiths Peak Fat burning workout. It was really nice I got a great sweat from it!

Breakfast: Two orange slices before the workout
Water and a bowl of frosted shredded wheat, again with water since we have no milk.

rest is planned:
snack: peas and a little bit of ravioli with marinara sauce
lunch: salad with boca chik'n patty sliced up with it
snack: spinach
dinner: refried beans, homemade cheese/chicken enchilada's, sweet potato's
snack: mandarin oranges

second workout: kathy smiths pilates for lower body
some walking and grocery shopping, possibly also do some fanny firmer glute toning and upper body toning.

I just did 5 miles on the bike, but its really hard slugging because of the bearing seizing up. My new bike will be here next Friday and I can hardly wait.

I'm going to try doing another 4 miles while watching Oprah this afternoon.

Of course, with the tougher slugging, the excersise is far better for me in the long run, but I like getting it all done in one segment, not 2.

Halo, WTG on the no smoking. Your going to make it and I just know your going to make it on the eating too.

One day at a time!!!!

Well I have already blown the better eating day!!! UGGH!!!!!!!

I did the WATP 2 mile tape this morning, and I can really feel it now in my legs. It's a great workout!

Great job everyone!
