Hi everyone
How did you all do today??
I did pretty good-Got all my exercise in:
3-2.5 mile walks outside
2 mile watp tape
two glider sessions-one with the tape and one because I was cold-LOL
1 mile watp tape!!
Whew!!

Eating went fairly well until dd made no bake cookies!! grrrr

Got all my water in and am still not smoking!!

Next...

I did my WATP 2 mile tape this morning, and had a good day food-wise. :)
