Hi Ladies
I can't believe this thread has not been started yet!! How are you all doing today??
I have been doing ok-Started off badly-did not lose any weight last week :( I guess that was to be expected, but not a good way to start my day!!!

I got all my water in today
Eating wasn't too bad
I did 2 walks, but no watp tape or glider (yet)

Next??

I overate a little today. But, I have stuck to my water intake, and less pop.

I had a weird day, I was wanting to eat, even when I wasn't hungry. So there I sat forcing myself to eat a soft taco when it didn't taste all that great since I wasn't hungry....but yet I just felt like something in me was making me eat it? :(

I finally did my workout, it was 30 min. Kathy Smiths Toning lower body or something like that. I am SO impressed with ALL the tapes that I have of hers! I did not feel sore at ALL during the whole tape, yet during the cool down section I was dripping sweat off me, even more than when I do my Firm workouts! I also never got out of breath, it was perfect!

I think I did good with my water? I think I'll blame my weird eating on the fact that today aunt flo came to visit :D
