I plan on upping my biking to 8 miles today and upping my walking to by a 10th of a mile.

Continuing on my vegetarian diet and feeling the best I've felt in a long time!!

How is everyone else doing.

Just finished 8 miles on the excersise bike. An extra mile wasn't even that much harder. I just may go for 9 by the end of the week. It took me 28.12 minutes to do the 8.

Where is everyone?

:wave: Hi everyone!! I have done well today-I took 2 walks equaling a total of 3 miles. And I purhased WATP and just did the 1 mile video

Eating has gone according to plan, but I have not gotten my water in today. Am working on that right now!!

Monday was a horrible day eating wise for me :eek:

I had that leftover cherry cheese cake so I had some for breakfast AND lunch...finished it all off.

Then my husband got pizza and insisted i get my own, so i had a couple slices of pizza...to top THAT off, my cousin brought over krispy cream donuts. And not just the glazed kind, my FAVORITES! jelly donut and chocolate glazed with creme filling.

And so basically my only fruits and veggies came from those things.

But I did walk around the block twice pushing ayla in the stroller, and about 4 hours straight of errands and housework. Then I did a 23 min. Denise Austin workout right before bed. It was mainly aerobics and ab workout.
