Hi everyone!! How are you doing on this Good Friday?? I am doing well-Eating plan is fine today and plan on excercising after work today.

How are you all going to handle Easter Sunday (if you celebrate) and all its' temptations?? I sure am not looking forward to this weekend ROFL!!!;)

I'll be hopping on my bike in about 2 minutes and doing 7 miles. I'll walk later tonight.

Eating wise, I'm doing great.

As to Easter, well today when I paid for our bill at the restaurant, they had little Easter eggs. I got 2 for everyone but me!! I'm determined not to touch any of those eggs this year.

Hope everyone else is doing great.

All day long it's felt like Saturday to me, I guess cause my youngun is home from school? Anyway, I took it easy on the exercise today, I only did the Watp 2 mile tape.

Breakfast: 6 points
2 slices of whole wheat toast
1 tbs B & B spread
Milk, 1 cup

Snack: 2 points
WW Ice Cream

Lunch: 6 points
Turkey and Swiss sandwich on whole wheat
w/ 1 tbs. rf honey mustard and veggies
1/2 serving baked tostitos

Dinner: 7 points
Baked Chicken Breast
2 tbs. rf honey mustard
Macaroni w/ tomatoes, 1 cup
Green beans

Snack: 2 points
WW Ice Cream

My total points for the day is 24
My range is 22-27

As far as Easter plans, we're eating out this year, but I'm going to try and do it on program.

I did my walking tonight but only 1.25 miles. Then I came home and proceeded to eat my way through the evening!! Uggggh!!!!! There was no reason for it, I was full after dinner, but then I had 5 homemade vanilla wafers, then 5 more, then 5 more after that

Ok, I thought my neighbor was coming over to do yoga after she did her laundry....so while I waited, I cleaned the house, did the dishes AND put away all my coupons :D She did not ever come over ;) But we did notice her husband (who we thought she 'broke up' with?) had come back so at least I know why she didn't come over...but she better come over today that silly girl! :D

So anyways...I didn't do a workout...and my eating was not as good as it could have been. But my bedtime snack was light, some popcorn, rice krispies and p.b. I did not get enough veggies in.
