On Thursday my exercise was:
30 minutes of Denise Austins workout. (Cardio and weights)
Then I went walking around our neighborhood twice, which took about 30 minutes.

My eating went pretty well. Although my splurge was lowfat icecream, I think I ate a little too much of it.

How did your thursday go? :)

I walked .6 miles, twice on Thursday and did a bit of biking. I plan on getting a new bike on Sat. I can't stand the noise of the one I have and its hard to peddle.

Eating went well.
