Well wednesday was our anniversarry, and so partly because of that I didn't feel like working out :D
I had a HUGE brunch...chips, salsa (not many), and lots of other things that I just can't remember :eek:

THen I had lunch around 3'is...just an english muffin pizza...and something else? Oh yes whole wheat spaggetti and boiled veggies..

Then around dinner time I ate about 1/4 of a turkey/swiss sandwhich and that was it.

So my accomplishment for the night was actually going to bed hungry without having a full course meal right before :)

Thursday(today) I am planning on doing high intensity workouts. Thats my plan for this week is one day of a lot of exercise, and one day with none, or minimal, like just crunches.
