I got up this morning at 8 am and did The Firm Cardio Sculpt :)

(Yesterday i did not do a workout, just a few stretches and a little bit of pool time along with regular housework)

Right now I'm having breakfast:
organic multi grain chex with a small handful of blackberries and a splash of milk :)

I already had a glass of water...

Planned for the day: (just not sure which ones for which meals yet)

Turkey Bacon
Homemade spinach calzone
Garden Salad
Whole Wheat bread w/ Peanut butter and lettuce
Watermellon
Popsicle
Popcorn~maybe

I just need to remember to keep drinking my water :)

Who's next to check in :D

well for

breakfast --apple
lunch -- 2 lowfat graham crackers/w peanut butter
another apple
have had about 48 oz of water so far

i did some stretching exercise this morning and will do more this evening.... haven't decided whats for supper yet..

Just try to make sure you eat plenty for dinner/other snacks vickie. I don't want you to hurt yourself by not eating enough ((((Hugs))))
