I'm building myself back up to 8 miles. I just did 4 miles on the bike and I walked .6 miles to the post office. I think I may go for a short walk tonight. I also need to build up my foot so that I can start walking again.

Eating is going okay.

How is everyone else doing?

woops I thought I had posted already but i guess I hadn't :D

This morning I had a big breakfast:

Scrambled eggs with spinach, tomato and onions
Granola with milk and blackberries
Creamsicle, and half a toastable
Whole wheat bread with peanut butter and applesauce

Lunch was tator tots and ketchup and maybe some other startchy food? Oh and string cheese!

Dinner was grilled skinless boneless chicken breast on bread with mustard and a dab of mayo and romaine lettuce.
Also a salad of romaine and diced tomato with fat free french dressing and a tall glass of water with ice :)

My exercise for today:
MTV yoga video (about 45 minutes long)
The Firm Cardio Sculpt (about 1 hour long)
and some vigourous housecleaning(scrubbing the floors and counters really worked up a sweat for me)
