Friday morning I took Ayla for a jog, it was only about 30 minutes long. Then right after we got back, I did upper body weight training. I have increased some of my routine to using a 17 pound dumbell now. I really needed that increase to keep my muscles challenged.
Total workout time was at least one hour including stretching.
I did okay with eating since I was out of the house most of the day, although I need to get more water, and right before bed I ate a soft taco (beans/sourcream/lettuce/chile) and a bowl of cornpops with a spoonfull of peanut butter
My regret was the skinny slice of pizza for dinner. It didn't taste good and I only ate it because I saw my husband eating it
All in all I felt I had a good day.
How did you guys do on Friday?
