Morning ladies!

I've started going to be earlier and now I'm waking up earlier too!
So it isn't even 8am yet, and I've got my Yoga workout completed :)
It was about 40 minutes long. I was SOOO happy too because I thought I had lost that tape, so this was the first time doing that one for a while.

I've only had a glass of water so far, but I plan on having cantalope and vanilla yogurt in just a bit.

Then after I shower I am going to go swimming to do laps. I will hopefully do at least 20 minutes of that.

Lunch should be toast with peanut butter and a low cal topping (pickles or lettuce)

Not sure what else I'll eat today, but I've got corn on the cob, baby carrots, and squash for veggies....mango and oranges for fruit, and I want to use up a baked potato and whatever leftovers are in the fridge :)

How are you girls doing today?

Remember if we've messed up yesterday or anytime during the week, it's OK and we can always start fresh again today :eek:) Never give up! :)

I'll be doing 8 miles on the bike in a few minutes.

EAting - UGH!!! I went and bought some junk food - bad, bad cj!!! I'm going to give the rest to dh and the kids and try not to nibble for the afternoon.

How is everyone else doing?
