Ok I'm a day late posting this :eek: I don't know why but I thought I had posted it already :D

Wednesday I did a 30 minute jog/walk and then right after about 25 minutes of weights and then my stretching.
I also walked with Ayla for about 20-30 minutes later in the day.

My triumph of the day was only eating *half of a small peice of pizza when we did our mystery shop...
But my downfall was pigging out on candy later that night.
