You just keep amazing me cj!
I took ayla out for a run this morning. I went even farther than the last time I went out running. I think we were gone at least 80 minutes? 75 at the least I'm sure.
As soon as ayla takes a nap I will do Pilate's for abs. So another 28 minute workout at least.
Breakfast: Few pretzls, 4 scrambled egg whites, spinach and chopped tomato's & green chile's
Lunch: fat free vanilla yogurt, drizzle of honey, some sliced watermellon and a small peice of bread.

Snack: a small Bread/lettuce sandwhich
Dinner: Refried beans w/ tomato's & spinach, grilled yellow squash and carrots
Dessert/snack: popsicle and baby carrots with fat free dressing
