I just finished doing 9 miles on my bike. I still am not able to walk much, but did mow the lawn (ALL of it without too much pain).

I plan on trying to walk beginning Monday again, along with my biking. I'm thankful I can still do the bike.

How is everyone doing today?

It's a sleepy kind of day here so far. But I'm hoping to do yoga before it's over :D

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and milk
one small orange

lunch: spanich rice and salsa
rye cracker with peanut butter and applesauce

snack:
1 tagalog cookie
1/2 a grahm cracker
1 wheat bread w/ peanut butter and marmalade
some milk, water and o.j.
1 toastable
(can you tell i have a sweet tooth?) :D

dinner: ?
I am really craving chocolate chip cookies, so I might have two of those. Or cake. I've been craving that too.
I'll try to fill up on veggies though.

Tomorrow will have to be a really healthy day to make up for today.

Hi Everyone!! I have done 2 walks today and will do watp or glider (maybe both ;) ) LOL

Eating has not gone at all as planned-I have not had only part of a bowl of oatmeal, and a hamburger!! I am hungry!! LOL

Off to get something to eat in a minute.

Well my cookie craving is gone! I ended up munching on 94% fat free popcorn while I finished putting away coupons. And I had more water :)

After my yoga I'll pull out some frozen spinach and heat up a bowl.
