Well today I rode my exercise bike for a whole 14 minutes without stopping, yeah!!! I want to do at least 10 minutes tonight. I went for a small walk to the neighbours bush and back, probably 3/4 of a mile.
Eating I have done well, temptation this afternoon with a cheesecake I was making for the kids, oh how I wanted to lick that spatula (one lick leads to 10!!).........but I had a little diversion so I did not give in to tempation!!:angel:
That's what I find CJ, if I haven't done something in a few days it's hard to do what I was at!
