I just came back from my walk. We increased our speed a bit and did 1.98 miles 2 mins faster. It is hot though which made the walking a bit harder.

Tonight I'll do 9 miles on my bike. I switched it around for today because the 2 kids have a program they like to listen to on the radio at the time we normally walk.

How is everyone else doing?

Ok, I'm doing this...........

~I rode my exercise bike for 10 minutes.....not long but that's all I could do.
~raked, raked and raked some more!
~went for walk into the village and back

Have drank almost all my water for the day.

Breakfast~oatmeal, raspberries, 1percent milk
Lunch~turkey sandwich loaded with veggies with light mayo and mustard, fruit salad of watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe and grapes, 1 percent milk
Supper~not sure yet!

I feel good for following my "plan" for the past few days, I pray daily that it will continue and that I will be a healthier, fit person!!

Heather good for you on the bike. When I started I only could do 10 minutes as well. It now takes me 32 minutes to do 9 miles. I increased my time as my body allowed, but it took me a full month before I could do 30 minutes.

You'll soon be doing 30 minutes with no problem. I also like to watch a tv program, video or listen to a tape. It seems to go faster.

I'm right behind you pushing you along the way. I pray each day to keep going as well.

Way to go girls! Heather you are doing great and your meals sounded fabulous!

So far today as gone like this:

Breakfast: 3 Scrambled eggs with green onions (only left one of the yolks in, tossed the rest)

Snack: Fruit salad~strawberry's, kiwi, melon, grapes, orange

Supper: 3 1/2 little pizza's with green onions. One toastable (like a poptart)

I've also had lots of water, one cup of o.j. and a few sips of Coke.

Exercise: Almost an hour of Cardio Scupt (the Firm workout)

Dinner: hmm, what to eat? I had protein, fruit, cheese, bread and sweets already. Looks like I need to have veggies!! So I'll have a salad and whatever else looks good. Maybe some spinach too.

Ok, whose next to check in? :) Don't be shy! :D

Hi everyone!! Sounds like you are all doing well. I walked and walked today. I usually do 2 walks, and today I did 3. :) I also did the 2 mile watp tape and then just finished the 1 mile one. I got 8.73 exercise mile in today!! WooHoo!!!

I have drank all my water and my eating is going ok-not the greatest today, but overall not horrible either. My dd made choc. chip cookies today and I had 5 of them :bang:
I had popcorn for dinner, not all that great either from a nutrition standpoint ;)
tomorrow will be a better day!!

Well last night after I did my biking, the neighbour wanted to go for a walk, so we walked another 1.2 miles. Its a good thing though because I too had a few chocolate chip cookies - UGH!!!

I knew I shouldn't have bought those things - they are new and WAY tooooooo good for anyone.
