I plan on biking shortly after lunch. I'm hoping I can do 8 miles, but the fibromyalgia is really acting up. I won't stop biking though even if it hurts. I just may not be able to get in the 8 miles.

I for sure won't be walking.

How is everyone else doing?

Good morning!

My daughter and I did the WATP 1 mile tape this morning. We will probably do it again tonight.

B: raisin bran, one hm pancake
L: pork chop, veg
S: baked spaghetti

Water: 5 cups

I just finished 9 miles on the bike. It was tough slugging because I'm not feeling all that well, and I had to do it in 2 segments, but I got it in. Yahoo!!!

Hi everyone!! Great Job CJ!!! Sorry you are not feeling well, but perserverance really pays off!!

I don't even want to think about today!! I did 2 two mile walks, but nothing else.

Today is my dd's 16th birthday, so we kinda took the day off.

You all still did way better than I did :eek:

I ended up not doing any workout since my neighbor came over and we chatted for a few hours. The rest of the evening I actually NAPPED...a whole SIX hours!! I couldn't believe it, but I had started getting sick so I really needed that rest.

I had not eaten to well thursday. I had cereal, cereal, cereal and some bread, soft pretzyl...way too many carbs!
