Setting goals for each month has really helped me in my LFL program and so I'm setting the following goals for July.

- Lose 10 lbs. There is almost 5 full weeks in July so I'd like to lose 2 lbs. per week.
- Get back to walking if my doctor okays it after I see him on the 7th.
- up my biking miles
- drink at least 4 - 8 oz. glasses of water per day (I know thats not the required amount but if I can get that amount in, then I'll increase it next month)
- eat a few more varieties of veggies.

How about you, what are your goals for the month of July?

My goals for July are:

--to lose 5 pounds
--to exercise!!! I need to adopt Nike's slogan, and JUST DO IT!!
--to try one new recipe this month

My goals for July are:

*Lose 8 lbs.
*walk more, everyday.
*eat a wider variety of vegtables, also.
*change my breakfast routine...(I've been eating cottage cheese or eggs since 1 month and half):(
*write in my food journal to keep track of my points.

My goals for July are:

*Lose 10 pounds (Like CJ said, there are 5 weeks in July so 2 pounds a week isn't bad.)
*Keep a food journal
*Drink more water
*Exercise daily
*Think positive!!!
