Well I'm late posting again ...

Friday was like this for me:

Woke up and jogged and did some toning/cardio for a total of about 30-35 minutes.

Breakfast: Cantaolpe, Bran flakes with milk and Blackberries

Snack: Some diced peaches, Peanut Butter and celery

Exercise: Went out with Ayla, walked for about 10 minutes

Lunch: 3 slices whole wheat bread, assorted spreads, Bowl of raw oatmeal and milk, 1/2 of a 12oz. Red Fusion (normally no soda for me,but this soda makes me feel full and I really needed that)

Snack: Yogurt topped with flax meal, Some cake

Dinner: Salad (Romaine, celery, jicama, fat free ranch and imitation bacon bits) Boiled zucchini and carrots

Exercise: Walked for about 1 hour

Snack:Refried beans/hotsauce, more veggies

Snack: tablespoon of peanut butter

That was a well balance day for me. I don't think I got enough water though :( And I had meant to lift weights but I was too tired at the end of the day.
