Well this month has been a pretty good month for me in the LFL program. I reached most of my goals. The two I didn't make were the miles I wanted to bike and that was because my bike began to do wonkie things and my drinking water. That did increase somewhat, but not has much as I wanted it too.
I've now been a vegetarian for 2 months, 1 week and I couldn't feel better health wise. I'm sleeping better, not near has exhausted at the end of the day and there have been a few other health benefits that I've recognized. I'm getting closer and closer to becoming vegan as I do more research into it.
The one thing that really hurt my excersising was my foot. I so wanted to be walking more but until it gets better, I've pretty much put walking on hold for now.
So overall its been a good month. Thanks Sara for starting this LFL program. Without it, I would probably have continued on the way I was. This has really helped to keep me on track.
How was everyone else's month?
