Where is everyone today? :)

I had an excellent workout at the gym but ate too many chips and dip at lunch. And I had a little ice cream, too. BUT then I bought myself some in-line skates! I'm sure they aren't the best quality, but Target has them for $13 this week! I've already taken a spin around the neighborhood and only crashed once. :)

Cool! Have fun with those rollerblades :)

I was such a busy bee today.
I haven't even gotten a chance to do my workout, but I'm determined to do some yoga before bed. If I can't do a whole tape, I'll just do 10 minutes of stuff on my own.

Breakfast: 1 whole wheat bread w/ P.B., Honey and Sliced peaches

Lunch: 1/2 cup Brown rice w/ P.B. (1 & a 1/2 teaspoons) baby carrots and celery, orange jello with mandarin orange slices
{bite of mashed potato's while I made some for dd}

Snack 1: small low fat brownie, 4 almonds {licked brownie mix once}
Snack 2: Frosty cone from mc donald's

Dinner: Whole Wheat Spaggetti w/ Marianara sauce & Parmesean (just a sprinkle), Baby Carrots, Peice of bread

I did really well with water today. Could have done better I guess.

I hope everyone is having a blast this Memorial day weekend :)

Well I ended staying up really late and I did my whole MTV yoga workout! It was fun! Since it'd been a while since I did yoga, I kept falling over on some of the poses :D But on a good note I was still flexible enough, if not more so, on the bending your head to your feet part!
