No weight loss here again this week. I'm not surprised with all thats gone on this past week.

I need to get back on track starting today. Excersising has not stopped though and I'm proud of that. I'm also still completely vegetarian, going onto 4 months.

How is everyone else doing?

Well...I know I gained for sure, some weight, but my weigh in is saterday. At the camp, it was very difficult to eat low fat...some meals were good with lots of vegtables, but some were sausages, sauce and potaotes, ham, fries, breakfast was only peanutbutter except on sunday, which was eggs and bacon...

Oh well, I was on vacation...:D But I'm back on track, now. I better if I don't want to gain it all back...

Ok ladies, I'm back...........:couch: , yes I've been missing for a few weeks, with DH on holdidays I really fell off the LFL wagon. Did ok the first week and then well, you know. In that time my scales got left out in the rain (don't even ask about that one!!!!:D ) and I purchased new ones yesterday. SO, on I get this morning.

I have gained 4 pounds so now I am back down to a total of 9 instead of 13.

I sure am learning alot of lessons though....life and circumstances are always there and in this case I momentarily "gave up" because DH was home and we were out alot more etc. I shouldn't have because God willing DH will not be on the road for the rest of our lives!!:D I must deal with what is thrown at me and make better choices. Obviously this is going to take longer to make it a life "habit". Anyhow, onward I go and today I am back on track!! Off to change my stats.....:bolt:

Oh I must say too, not to pat myself on the back but in past I might not have posted this and totally gave up so I am grateful for you here and the encouragement I get and knowing that I have my LFL buddies.:angel2:

well today I have had:

101 oz of water (i can't believe it myself, trying to drown my depression in a bottle of water i guess...)

I had an apple for breakfast

and for Lunch I had 2 low fat graham crackers w/peanut butter
I was doing good to keep that down with the way i have been feeling..
Probably won't get much exercise in today---i am sure i will just mellow out on the couch tonight and try to figure out life... :bang:

It's so hard to keep losing weight on vacation, don't you think Heather? I understand completely. I did good the first few days, and then it got harder...

At least you didn't completely give up!:) It's never too late to start again, even if we sidetracked for a while...I'm very proud of you Heather!:thumb: I know you will make to your goal! We'll do it together!!!:) :)

Lucie, its very hard to lose weight at all.

I like Heathers attitude!! Getting back on track and realizing where the problem lies and realizing that has to be changed really is a great first step in losing weight.

I know we can all do this with each others encouragement and by having a good attitude.

I've started looking at weight loss like frugality. How often do we fall off the frugal wagan, but get right back on and keep going. Its the same as weight loss, we fall off, BUT we get back on the wagon and keep going. There will be a few weight gains along the way, BUT WE WILL GET THERE with determination and good friends along side of us.
