I didn't lose any again this week, but with not excersising and not eating properly, I'm not surprised. I'm holding at the same weight though, so at least thats good.

I need to really get serious once again. My foot is healing nicely and I went for a walk to the post office and a bit further this morning. I'll do a couple of miles on the bike tonight and start building up again to where I was at 8 miles. I'm not going to push myself though because I don't want another stress fracture.

How did everyone else do last week.

No lose or gain here. Still holding steady. I still have some to lose and will harder on it this week.
