I was going to wait until Monday to weigh but I couldn't wait as I have noticed a difference the way my clothes fit. I knew I had to have lost something. I am on the Atkins diet like some of the others here. This was my first weekof the induction phase. I didn't realize this diet would be so easy. I thought there was more to it than what it is. I love it. My total for 1 week is:
8 pounds!

Yippee! Now if it could all go that way. I keep my fridge stocked up sliced up cucumbers, lettuce and celery. So when I get the munchies I just have some of them.:D

Congrats Michelle--that's great :)

This week I lost 2 lbs.

I'm down only 6 lbs on two weeks of Atkins, but apparently I'm right on target. Atkins says you should lose 10% of the total of what you wanto to lose overall during the induction phase, so I'm right where I should be. Now let's hope that I can stay low carb on vacation! :)

Great job Michelle. I know you'll continue to do it while your on vacation.

I'm not on the Atkins, but I do know that any weight loss program your on, you should only lose 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. a week and no more, although the first week you usually lose a bit more. I've been pretty much on target with this. Since April, there are only 2 weeks where I lost 5 lbs.

Everyone is doing great, keep it up!!

Great job Michelle and CJ! Doesn't it make you feel good to lose?? I am excited about this. I just hope I don't fall off.

Congratulations everyone!:)

I just arrived from WW and I lost 2.6 lbs in the last 2 weeks!
I was sure I hadn't lost anything, since I was having a hard time...phew!:D
