Heather, I know you can do it. Are you on your bike at all? Ten minutes doesn't seem like much, but its a start. Work at those 10 minutes until you feel comfortable and then move up 5 minutes or 1 minute if thats all you can do. I'm here for you.

Its taken us years to put on the weight, it isn't going to come off in one day or one week - its going to take time.

Don't get discouraged okay if you have to start over. I had to start over April 1st, but so far I haven't looked back. BUT, I'm taking it one day at a time and going from there.

Thanks CJ and Lucie!

CJ~I haven't been on the bike for about a week because of my back but I asked the chiropractor today and he said I could start slowly tomorrow or Wednesday and see how it went. I actually miss it!!

Way to go Cinnamon!!

Megareader - keep working at your excersising and eating healthy. Thats what counts and it will come off. Were all rooting for you.

Lucie - I know your going to make it. Were right here behind you cheering you on. Don't give up, just one day at a time, sometimes, one hour at a time.

Lucie, last week I only lost one pound, this week 5. I think it has to do with all the excersise I'm doing and with my cutting out meat completely from my diet. It has made a huge change for me. Not only did I cut out meat but I was really drastic - I cut out all pop and all sweets & junk food!!! I thought I would die the first couple of weeks, but now I'd rather chew on a tomato than eat potato chips. I just needed to break some old (and bad) habits!!!
