I use them in stir fry as a replacement for rice that I get impatient waiting for
Ijust all my stuff integrated and cooked through in the wok
you can use the flavor packet or not its up to you
then I add 1 or two packs of ramen *depending on how hungry dh is*
I'll add like a cup-ish of either water or beef broth if I have it
add wok lid simmer for about a min or two
shorter will be crispier longer= more lo mein-ish
then lid comes off, if I want to tighten up the liquid to more of a sauce, I'll just add some cornstarch and water
watch till it looks good VOILA it's dh's favorite dinner in the whole world
