Oh, boy!

Thanks! This looks like a great site. I got a 6 quart Rival crockpot for Christmas and want to provide some tasty meals for my sister, who has 3 children (2 ds, 13 & 10; 1 dd, 7-1/2) and not much time or creativity in the kitchen according to herself!

What a great site for recipes. I have another one that I think you will all enjoy. www.justcrockpotrecipes.com.
I like this one too. There's a recipe for pineapple pork chops that is good.

For the crockpot uneducated like I am .. (and don't have the book to check)....

You CAN put the ingredients in the crockpot insert and refrigerate overnight. This allows you to do all the cutting, peeling and chopping the night before. In the morning all you have to do is place the insert in the crock, turn on LOW, and on with the rest of your day.
